These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AmarParts at https://amarparts.com and any orders you place with us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Products & Availability

We sell genuine, OEM and aftermarket automotive parts and accessories, including items sourced from overseas suppliers. We try to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, part numbers, compatibility data or pricing are always error-free. Compatibility information is a guide only — please confirm the correct part for your vehicle before ordering. All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order (with a refund of any amount paid) if the item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments via bKash, Nagad, cards and our supported payment gateways.
• Online payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store your full card or wallet credentials.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Overseas items take longer to arrive as they are shipped internationally. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Certain items (such as electrical parts, fluids and special-order or overseas items) may be non-returnable except where faulty.

7. Warranty

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is provided by the manufacturer subject to their terms. Unless stated otherwise, we do not provide an additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, text, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to AmarParts and may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmarParts is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
